1. Driving License & Eligibility

• Renter must hold a valid Original Indian Driving License or International Driving Permit.
• Minimum age requirement: 18+ years for scooters & bikes; 21+ years for self-drive cars.
• A valid government photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) must be presented during vehicle handover.

2. Pickup & Location Policy

Vehicle pickup and return take place strictly at our office:

Please inspect the vehicle thoroughly along with our team before taking possession.

3. Booking, Deposit & Payments

• Full rental payment is required at the time of vehicle pickup (UPI, Cash, or Card).
• A refundable security deposit may be required based on vehicle type and is returned immediately upon physical inspection during drop-off.
• No hidden fees or surprise penalties.

4. Fuel Policy & Safety Guidelines

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided during handover.
• Helmets are mandatory for two-wheelers. Renter and pillion rider must wear helmets as per Goa Traffic Laws.
• Drunk driving, racing, or illegal commercial transport is strictly prohibited.

5. Traffic Violations & Damage Liability

The renter is fully responsible for any traffic challans, speeding fines, or parking violations incurred during the rental period. In the event of vehicle damage or accidents, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the renter.
